Less than 2 miles from The Big House! A short drive to downtown and the Michigan campus, this beautiful home is in a quiet neighborhood with easy access to most main roads. A great place to stay for a friends-reunion or parents visiting U of M for a fun weekends or sporting event.

The house was completely redone in 2019, furnished in every room with a simple and clean look in mind, and fully stocked with all the essentials. The home has three bedrooms with four beds and an additional blow up queen mattress in the basement if needed. The house is thoroughly cleaned between guests for your safety and comfort. Weekend stay

Fantastic home

This place was perfect! It was super comfortable, very clean, nicely furnished, the beds were so comfortable and the towels and sheets were great quality. It had absolutely everything needed and was in a perfect location on a beautiful street. We would totally love to stay there again if we can when we are back to Ann Arbor!

Nice ranch in lovely neighborhood

I stayed a week as my house was undergoing renovations. I am from the area and loved being so close to everything (shopping, restaurants, etc) home was clean, neat and well appointed.

Great Location & Accommodations

This home is in a great location and was well suited for our family needs while in Ann Arbor. Jordan was great to work with. The main area for improvement we saw was the need for a good vacuuming. Despite this we had a great overall experience and would highly recommend this location for visits to Ann Arbor.

Trip to Big House

Nice home, clean, good set up for 3 adults and 3 teenage boys. Very easy to walk to stadium (~1 mile). Host was responsive to one request during stay.

Game Weekend Fun!

We had a great time here for an Ann Arbor football weekend. The property was in great condition and in a great neighborhood. Quick walk to the stadium. We will definitely be back on out next visit to A2! Thank you.

Quiet Neighborhood Near Michigan Venues

Nice quiet neighborhood near freeway, restaurants, Ann Arbor and DTW. House would benefit from some simple touches: hooks for towels, towel bars, washing of the throw blankets, spare sheets, a hairdryer in every bathroom, unexpired water filter, and lawn maintenance.

Home away from home

Thank you for sharing your home with my family. Our stay was perfect! We were able to get my son situated in his U-M dorm and check out the area. We enjoyed cooking breakfast together as well as watching the game. Go Blue!!!

Perfect location for family wedding

My parents along with my sister, her boyfriend, and my 4 year old niece stayed here for my wedding in Ann Arbor. The location, size, ease of check-in, etc. was fantastic. The home was clean, spacious, and well furnished/supplied with easy access to downtown, campus, and the venue on the outskirts of town. I'd recommend this location for any group that needs space for multiple adults to sleep and lounge comfortably. 10/10 recommend.

Grandmas Funeral

My siblings and I needed a place to stay for our grandmother’s funeral. It met the needs of everyone in our party-including laughing as we reminisced, having family meals, and a cousin-reunion sleepover in the downstairs bedroom. We (3 + doodle dog) needed a place to stay while our home was being worked on and this was ideal. It was clean, quiet, convenient and comfortable. The ranch style was easy and the neighborhood is great for walking and conveniently located near anything you could need. Host was easy to communicate with. We would definitely stay here again. This home would be ideal if you were visiting UM campus, or if you had a extra family visiting for holidays or weddings. Short driving distance to Target shopping center, grocery stores, restaurants, Briarwood Mall, Downtown Ann Arbor and both Crisler Center and The Big House.

Very nice house

This house is spacious and well maintained. It really is a hidden gem. Very clean, very nicely laid out, well furnished with everything you might need, and the host was very helpful, too. We arrived in the middle of some very bad winter weather and the power had gone out minutes before we got there. The host was on top of communicating with us about options. Fortunately the power came back on within just a few minutes of our arrival and all was well. If we come back to this area again, we will definitely try to stay here again.

Great home base for a football weekend!

We had a great stay at this cozy home in the Dickens neighborhood! Came to visit our son (a student at Univ of MI) + caught last home game of the season; this property worked great. Loved the open kitchen / living space for entertaining, and mattresses were super comfy as well. Didn’t use the basement really (except for the bedroom), but the huge leather sectional and projector w/ giant screen down there would make for a cozy movie night. Did lots of cooking for tailgate + had a few local friends over for dinner post-game, and main living space worked great for that. Kitchen could use just a *bit* more love (could use a few more cooking utensils, a broom, more than one dishtowel, a new set of pots/pans) … but this wasn’t a huge deal 😀 Would definitely stay here again! (Fyi house also had a nice backyard, big trees, patio furniture, a grill etc … we just didn’t make use of any of that bc … it was Nov in MI 😉) We would definitely recommend!
