"It's a very inexpensive VRBO for the size. You're upstairs in an old home, so there are people below you. It's a very odd layout, as the bathroom is way in the back. The floors are not level (old home), and the kitchen is appropriately but sparsely furnished. Most importantly, everything is very clean!! The floors, carpet, furnishings, etc are new-ish. The beds are okay, but not superb. It's located about 3 blocks from the Hornell YMCA.Again, for the amount of space you're getting it's very reasonably priced. Overall I would describe it as inexpensively, but cleanly, furnished. Notice I did not say cheaply -- just inexpensively done. I would have no issues staying here again."

"This property is wonderful! Beautifully decorated. Boho chic. Abundant natural light. Great views! Deer walking by. Kitchen is full of all cooking essentials. Loved the coffee maker and tea kettle. Boys loved to play ping pong and air hockey. After visiting nearby family we would come here and relax and watch Christmas movies. "
