We stayed for a long weekend while visiting family on the lake. It was very clean, comfortable, well-designed. We were all happy with our rooms. Amazing water pressure in the showers! Overall great stay!

Nice stay on Lake Greenwood for Labor Day

Very clean house that was well stocked. Enjoyed the restaurant Break on the lake, tackle shop (fishbone) & the public boat landing being stone throw away. Very convenient to everything.

Weekend With Friends

We stayed for the weekend because we had a dance competition in town and loved the house! We enjoyed walking over to the nearby restaurant for dinner and the view of the lake. The check in process was a breeze and we would absolutely recommend this property!

Exquisite house

The property was gorgeous, as was the view of the lake. The decor inside was tasteful and fun. And the showers!! You really should highlight those showers in the advertising - they are beyond amazing!!

We had a wonderful stay at 102 cottage. Very clean, comfortable furniture, well stocked kitchen, cold ac, and comfortable bedding. I can't think of any improvements that I would make.

Great location- hidden gem

In my opinion, this cottage is a hidden gem. It should be booked up months in advance. Closeness to the water and walkability to Break on the Lake and the General Store made our weekend! Everything in the cottage was comfortable, but I think location is the best thing about this property. Can't wait to see the entire neighborhood complete.

Fantastic Stay

My family were in town for my daughter's wedding. We loved the property - quality of home, cleanliness, location, etc. The only issue I have is the lack of transparency on the front end for having a pet. We gladly paid the fee at the end of our stay, but it would have been nice to know that up front.

Perfect Lake-side Retreat

10 out of 10!! This little cottage is so well taken care of and was the perfect little retreat for a much needed weekend of rest. You wonder with all of the little cottages around how noisy will it be, it’s not, at all. Was very peaceful and that shower in the master bathroom??? I wanted to bring it with me lol. It’s great! Will be back!! Oh and highly suggest the restaurant across the parking lot, Break on the Lake, seriously GREAT food!
