"The building is absolutely stunning, especially lit up with Christmas lights. Every staff member was incredibly polite, even the boy mopping the floors was happy to answer questions. The room was clean and spacious, the views were great. The breakfast was good quality. The only negative comment I had was that the coffee is not good. Stick to the juices for breakfast! "

"We had a great stay. There were 3 adults sharing a room with king bed and double sofa bed and had plenty of room. There was also a fridge. The pool is great and includes pool, jacuzzi, steam room and sauna - there are lockers and towels provided. Staff were all lovely and friendly on reception, in the spa and in the restaurant. Breakfast was excellent. We came by train to Cheltenham Spa - do not get a taxi from outside the station as it costs twice as much as an uber. We had lunch one day in the bar which was really nice and bought food from Sainsbury’s which is a short walk away. The bar is a nice area to chill out in."
