My stay was great, I would definitelystay here again. The hotel is in a great location. The Front desk staff had excellent customer service and were very friendly. The housekeeping staff was also very nice and professional.

Staff was very friendly and helpful, place was quiet and get very safe. Beds were very comfy. bathroom was dirty I had to buy cleaner and clean myself, the heat wouldn’t work the first night and the 2nd night it wouldn’t go off and got to 79 in our room!

Will definitely stay again!

Enjoyed our stay. Comfortable, clean and quiet. Front Desk staff were wonderful, very attentive and professional. There were a few items that needed maintenance attention (ice maker, exterior entrance door damaged, lights in bathroom too dim). However, overall, it was super clean and very nice. We visit Cleveland often. This is our hotel of choice!

Enjoyed our stay…no luxuries for the cost in that particular area. The price was a bit elevated and no frills as that area is certainly not a sought after area that would extend itself to high cost lodging.

Came for a funeral and it was one of the few options. Had 2 rooms - suite and 2 Q size rooms. The suite was underwhelming and small. The couch looked like it came from a junkyard. I liked my moms room a lot better for $40 cheaper a day.
