Food options lacking. Management obviously trying to be budget conscious totally takes away some expectations of luxury, i.e. cheap toilet paper, only one bar of soap for both shower and sink, no soap dish for soap after opening, just simple little things shouted “cheap” and not “luxury”. The staff were all so friendly it just gets minimized by the budget minded approach. Also, the food options during a weekday are absolutely laughable and so unacceptable for casino expectations. Their staff and facility show so much promise and positivity! Stop being so cheap, manager! We come to a place like yours to experience luxury, not the budget basement.
