Absolutely fabulous!

We were a group of moms and sons (high school seniors) who stayed here for a long weekend. This place was perfect for us - well appointed and accommodating. It had everything we needed (beach towels, linens) and more (martini glasses, well-equipped kitchen)! The quality of everything was spectacular. We could have stayed here indefinitely with the hot tub, pool, grounds, fire pit, etc. We can't wait to come back here again!

Cute Farmhouse!

We had an amazing weekend at this cute modern farmhouse! Beautiful open feel with lots of natural light and it came fully stocked with the essentials. We went in the winter and the hot tub was a game changer! Very happy with our stay and would love to come back in the future!!

Room for everyone

Great quiet location for the family to get together. Plenty of space for everyone. We were able to get my son inside with his power wheelchair using a portable ramp to the porch and another up the door lip. Plenty of space to drive chair indoors. Need to be careful with the steps on the back deck, but half of the deck is accessible from the great room. Host was very attentive and look forward to staying again. The only downside is there is no bathroom on the second floor, so that is where the younger relatives stayed.

Beautiful spot! Great for a group. Updated amenities, such as Alexa-controlled lighting in a traditional old farmhouse. Hot tub did not work while we were there but the host was gracious enough to refund a portion in exchange. Would recommend!

The kitchen was small... the different floors/levels caused unnecessary falls and should have been mentioned in preview on VRBO. I would not have stayed here had it been. Closets had lots of dirt, and I didn't feel cleanliness was a top priority. Kids loved the piano and games. Would prob not rebook here. Overpriced for short stay and deficits mentioned above.

July 2023, Greenville, New York vacation

Spent a week with our immediate family and we all enjoyed staying here. It is a rural location with three cows in the backyard and chickens roaming the property. The house was clean and spacious. The house has a well-stocked kitchen with a variety of spices and kitchen items (expresso maker, wine cooler, hot air stove). The house is very comfortable and has musical instruments, an eclectic variety of books and music in every room. We enjoyed the deck with a hot tub, gas grill, sectional sofa table and fire pits. The owner just installed an above ground saltwater pool that was great to cool off. There is a golf course right across the street with a club house a short walk away. Lots of nice easy hikes in the area, horse riding a couple minutes away at K&K Equestrian, (nice people), and Howe Caverns. Not a lot to do in the area but we were looking for a place to hang out and this fit the bill. If you are going to spend time outside look out for ticks. I understand they are everywhere in that area but we found three on people and five on the dog.
