We really enjoyed our stay here, the host was perfect, the house was amazing, nicely decorated and in a nice quiet neighborhood. We were super comfortable and felt right at home immediately! Would highly recommend this place if ever in Greensboro.

Perfect for our Junior Olympics trip!

The house was beautifully decorated, clean, and only 3 minutes from the aquatic center which is where we spent most of our time. We were 10 minutes from everything we wanted to see, and the neighborhood was pretty quiet. We would definitely stay there again!

Coliseum Cottage

The property was comfortable and very clean. The location close to the coliseum was perfect since we were attending the ACC women’s basketball tournament. Beds were comfortable, excellent bedding and the 3 bedrooms provided ample space for us all. It was well stocked with amenities and the host was very attentive to our needs.

This home worked out great for us since we were in and out a lot for a sporting event. We were close to the venue as well as within less than a 15 minute drive to restaurants, shopping and the water park! The home was clean and comfortable.

Homecoming Trip!

Came to Greensboro for GHOE. Property was central to everywhere we needed to go. The property is deceivingly spacious and the beds are super comfortable. The host was very responsive and accommodating. Would definitely recommend.

We stayed in the Coliseum Cottage while we were in town for my kids' swim meet. The house was clean, comfortable, and everything was just as it appeared in the photos. Brooke was very attentive and made sure we had everything we needed. The location was perfect for coming and going to the GAC.

Great stay and lovely home

We had a great stay at this location. You are very close to downtown and you can tell a lot of love has been put into the home. Checking was very easy and lots of communication. We enjoyed that they had a baby pack and play. The beds were very comfortable and lots of little items provided like charging cables, toiletries, coffee etc. would definitely stay here again

Swim meet stay

We were in Greensboro for a swim meet and had a comfortable stay here. The location was incredibly convenient and the house had everything we needed. Everything was *very* clean and Brooke was incredibly responsive. All in all, it was exactly what we needed.

Great place for a quick visit to Greensboro

The house was very clean and equipped with everything needed. Super comfortable bed with memory foam mattress. Complimentary coffee was well appreciated. Perfect cozy little house

This house was perfect for our stay. We were right down the road from the Coliseum. It had everything that we needed, even extra phone chargers and noise makers in the bedrooms. Very clean! We played board games that were provided. It was great. I highly recommend staying here!

Charming, quiet little house close to Colosseum

My husband and I were in Greensboro for five nights for a sporting event at The Colosseum/Greensboro Aquatic Center. The house is two long blocks from the parking lot so very convenient and walkable! The house is cozy, nicely decorated, comfortable, and quiet. And the king bed was very comfortable. Communication with the owner/agent was easy and smooth. I will definitely stay here again next time we are in Greensboro.

Perfect!

My family and I came up for a short weekend trip to attend an event at the Colosseum. We were within walking distance! The house was absolutely beautiful inside and we couldn't have been happier with all the attention to small details like phone chargers, coffee, and toiletries. Memorial Weekend

The house itself was very clean, well stocked. It was easy to check in, plenty of space for our family. The owner checked in to make sure everything was ok upon check in and throughout our stay. The neighborhood was just ok, one evening a neighbor was looking right into the house through the kitchen window, so it would have been nice to have a privacy blind on it. That was my only issue with the house.

Fantastic Stay

We were there for a business event at the Colosseum and rented this house instead of a hotel because of dietary restrictions we find it easier to have a kitchen at our disposal. Check in process was smooth, and all the conversations with the property manager were answered promptly, and they were very available. The property was exactly as described. It was very clean, and all the amenities you can imagine were provided for you. There was even coffee pods for the coffee maker, and so forth. I wish every property was as prepared as this one was. I would gladly stay at this property again.
