Even though an employee from earlier in the day used my information to check-in a different guest who had a different name than mine, the more attentive employee who checked me in was able to switch out our information and get it fixed. I even was given a complimentary room upgrade. Thank God she was there because she couldn't reach the manager who was on call. She problem solved the issue fairly quickly.

Overall my stay was excellent loved the size of the room staff was very nice. My only con was the fact that the bedroom I slept in was super hot and I couldn’t sleep I’m a very hot natured person . I tried calling the front desk but couldn’t get anyone. But other than that my stay was Awesome!!!

Soccer trip stay

The location was good, the hotel was clean and quiet. It was well priced and the staff was very nice. The only thing I didn't enjoy was the quality of the pull out sofa bed, we could feel the coils as it was thin. The main bed was comfortable and the sheets were good. Great water pressure in the shower.

Pick A Different Hotel

Pick a different hotel if you can. I travel all over for business. I picked this because of the name and reputation the name has. This specific location does everything in my opinion at the minimum requirement - checkbox management (no above and beyond here). My guess is management does not realize they are in the hospitality business, they just think they are in "business" and that treatment resonates to all of the guests and employees (except Raven at the front desk...she was amazing, if you own a business in the area -hire her!). There are 5-6 hotels across the street here - check them out.

Residence Inn Airport

It’s a Residence Inn, and it’s generally what you would expect. Breakfast bar was very nice. Room comfortable. The only issue we had was that we requested extra pillows for our kids to use on sleeper sofa, and they brought us visibly stained and dirty pillows without pillowcases or encasements. We asked the person delivering them about cases, and he said “this is all we have”. Front desk eventually made it right, after about 10-15 minutes. Just shouldn’t have been delivered to us that way. Common sense.

Water was too cold for my liking. The sofa bed was awful you could feel all the springs. Other than those two issues the stay was okay!! Also for those two reasons i will not be staying anytime in the near future.
