The townhome is a short walk away from Dames Chicken and Waffles, as well as Natty Greens and various other fabulous restaurants and breweries and pastry shops. Less than a mile from the townhome is the Steven Tanger Center for the Performing arts as well as James Beard Award winning restaurant Machete. Beautiful townhouse in very walkable spot

Check-in was smooth via code entry. The property was clean spacious and well styled. Right next to Elm Street with walking access to all the restaurants, bars, and shops. It's also right next to the train station so you will hear the occasional train coming through.

Perfect for a Family

This property was perfect for our family of 6 in Greensboro for a college swim meet. Spacious with high ceilings made it feel very comfortable. The 3 large bedrooms with separate bathrooms are very functional. Would definitely stay here again.

Great weekend getaway

Recently, we had a chance to stay in Greensboro for a little family getaway. This condo was perfect! Extremely clean, in a wonderful location with lots to do, and top-notch amenities. One of the nicest places we have ever stayed in. Hopefully it will be available next time we come to Greensboro.

Excellent experience at the Martin Manor!

Our stay was wonderful! The place was very clean, plenty of space, very modern, and conveniently located. The host John was excellent and he was always available if we had any questions. We will definitely choose this place again when coming to Greensboro! ☺️

Beautiful home

This property is a beautiful and comfortable home. We truly enjoyed our New Years eve getaway. The host was very responsive and helpful. The one downside is that it is close to train tracks. So if you are a light sleeper this might not be the place for you. But we enjoyed the it so much that we will be considering staying here again for future trips to Greensboro.

This condo is far nicer than even the pictures show. Beautiful, spacious and comfortable. Great location an easy walk to coffee shops and restaurants downtown. The only negative for us was the proximity to the train line because we are light sleepers and the train horns are loud!

Beautiful place to host

I hosted a ladies game night for my birthday and it provided the perfect environment for a casual, relaxing, night in with a few friends. The home is very spacious and even more beautiful in person. The process was super easy thanks to the host. I'll definitely be booking again, this place is one for the books!

Great location and amenities

The property has the perfect amenities, space and location. We had plenty of space to spend together or if needed to get some quite time alone. We were very pleased with the communication from the owner and how responsive they were to questions. So close to downtown we were able to walk and enjoy the shops and burn off the Thanksgiving meal we we cooked. Can't say enough good about our experience we look forward to making this the location of choice as we visit our oldest who is in college in the area.

Beautiful Space

I can’t begin to explain just how lovely this home is and how perfect it was for our family gathering to celebrate the engagement of my daughter and her future husband. The specious open for plan allowed all of us to gather together and the state of the art kitchen was absolutely fantastic. The master suite was incredible with its separate sitting area complete with fireplace and two comfy chairs to sit and read while enjoying the fire . We love every second of our stay and cannot wait to book again the next time we are in Greensboro !

AGGIE GRADUATION STAY

My daughter graduated from NCA&T so we needed somewhere close to the Greensboro Coliseum. This beautiful townhouse was minutes away! We loved the keyless entry, the beautiful kitchen, spacious MBR with a sitting area and fireplace, the pictures don’t do the townhouse justice. Would rent this home again and again. I left a jacket and had no trouble retrieving it after checking out!
