Love this place

My daughters and I were in town for a soccer trip. The home was perfect for us. We loved the neighborhood. Each morning we walked to get coffee and each evening we walk to grab dinner. We would stay here again!

Cozy house in a great spot

The house was comfortable and cute. Nice updated decor. Our favorite thing about it was the location and proximity to the state street restaurants and shops, which you can walk to. It was well stocked for kitchen supplies and cooking supplies. Just FYI, there is no regular dining table at the house, all of the eating surface is bar height with high stools. Even in the living room there wasn't a coffee table, just a large ottoman. This made it difficult for us with our toddler for meals and it wasn't really obvious in the listing photos. The house was clean but I did feel that the baseboards and walls could use a good deep clean, especially in the bathroom they seemed a little dingy. There were also no towel racks or hooks in the bathroom which was a little odd. Overall we loved the house!

We had a good stay and this location was fabulous in its proximity to State Street and local shops. We did not spend much time in the home aside from sleeping as we have family in the area. It fit our needs well!!

Clean and comfortable house in a convenient location

We had an excellent stay in this sweet and clean house for our trip to see a show and baseball game in Greensboro. The location was so convenient to downtown and easy to walk to coffee and restaurants. The owner was especially fantastic to work with. Highly recommend!!

The property was really nice and clean. I chose to stay here to be near my granddaughter as she begins her first year at NCAT, and the location couldn’t have been more perfect-just minutes from the university. The host was kind, responsive and very accommodating to my needs.
