Beware

Host refused to issue credit for 1 night after shortening trip well within the required timeframe. Agreed to do so on text and then disappeared.

When we arrived, it appeared someone was staying there. The bed downstairs was slept in. I called immediately and we were ssked to leave for 3 hours so a cleaning crew could come in. We had 2 small children and it was already after 6pm. I did the cleaning. The light in the laundry room didn’t work and was to be fixed Saturday which never happened. I had to wash all the bedding before we slept and I haven’t heard a word about any refund including the cleaning fee that I was promised. No communication from the host after issues.
This is how we found the downstairs bedroom. Also we were told the house had ; baths; it had 2
