The beds were comfy and front desk staff was very friendly. It's not in the best neighborhood but works fine after a long day traveling.

We had a terrible neighbor that turned on the tv to a high volume at 3am and was screaming into her phone starting at 4am. I went to speak with the front desk (Manny) about my rude neighbor. He immediately went upstairs to speak with lady who was loud and disrespectful. He addressed our concerns by giving us a new room that morning. The rest of our stay was more peaceful and relaxing. The hotel room was clean and their wasn't any carpet.
