"We especially liked the location and the affordability. The sign right at the entrance to the hotel should be larger and well lit, showing exactly the where to turn in. During times with fast traffic, we missed the turn going in. Very noisy in the corridor (talking about 1 to 3 am). Sound carries and new guests were not aware of this. Next door neighbor had music playing loudly, and I had to let them know."

"Really convenient to UMass campus and Amherst. Rooms and bathrooms were large but note that walls are very thin. Luckily our neighbors were considerate! Breakfast had good options. Only con was that Fox News was blaring through breakfast which made a bad start to the day."
