Awesome waterfront cottage. Main room with large satellite t.v., queen murphy bed, kitchen, dining room. Bathroom with deep jacuzzi tub. Second room with queen and 4 bunks. Outdoor shower. Dock with fish cleaning table, 30/50 amp service available, fresh water and elevated observation deck. Porch overlooking dock and your boat. Goose down pillows and delightful cool gel queen memory foam mattresses. Own fresh water system and generator when town service fails, and it will. Bluff House Pool and Pickleball courts close to the cottage.

Nice house, good dock, incredible view

Very nice, well made house with an incredible view of White Sound. House was meticulously clean, maintained and well stocked and decorated. Main living area has a pull down bed, bedroom has 4 bunk beds and a queen. Dock is good with water, fillet table, shaded sitting area and plenty of depth. My boat is a 28' and fit fine, I would discuss with owners if your boat is much larger than 30'. Owners were very nice and helpful.

Amazing Property!!!

We booked this property last minute due to the weather window and so glad we did!!! Lisa and Jeff met us at the dock, showed us around, and were so hospitable! They even helped us identify the fish we caught and Jeff helped us clean it and brought us the fryer to cook it up for dinner. Highly recommend this beautiful, relaxing property with amazing hosts!

Renters Beware

Disappointed – Not as AdvertisedOur stay at the Pink Cottage on White Sound in Green Turtle Cay was disappointing and not at all what was promised in the listing.First and foremost, the property lacks basic security—we were given no keys and door locks were taped and marked “do not lock”.While we expected periodic power outages on the island, the advertised backup generator failed frequently, leaving us without electricity, lights, or air conditioning for periods of time. Each time, we had to wait for the owners to respond and assist. The internet/wifi was also unreliable, going out intermittently with power failures.The kitchen was also misrepresented—there is no oven, only two plug-in cook plates that we were told not to use due to power limitations. Incredibly, halfway through the week we were also told not to use hot water, or laundry if we wanted the generator to function. After boating all day, we couldn’t even take a proper shower or cook a basic meal. Speaking of showers, the only usable shower is an outdoor stall beneath the owners’ balcony, which felt intrusive and lacked privacy. The shower head broke mid-use while our grandson was showering, and the owner placed blame on us rather than taking responsibility.The sleeping arrangements are also misleading. This is a one-bedroom home, not two as listed. This property is also listed as part of the Bluff House Marina Resort. IT IS NOT, NO BLUFF HOUSE RESORT POOL or other AMENITY ACCESS is included!
