Family/Pet Friendly Riverfront Cottage with private Fishing Deck and Boat Dock.

"This property will probably forever be my new standard of the best place to stay in the Myrtle area. Coming from 8 hrs away, this is the best of both the seaside world and the back country we are accustomed. The property is beautiful and reminds you of our usual woodland retreat while being close to everything beach, wave, sand. The community is quiet while not being reserved; my son and I were able to woo-hoo at the early evening boats that enjoyed their journeys while playing good ol’ boy music. The listing itself is as accurate as you expect. Supplies are abundant for the ones that forget some kitchen essentials or don’t have room in the cargo area to pack extras. I was enthusiastic over the checkin breakdown that listed all the helpful hints one would need during our stay. The notes and instructions about the house were also an added bonus to be most aware of how things worked and what to watch out for while enjoying our stay. Had a good laugh over the fridge measurement note; been there, don’t that!"

"Great hosts, accommodations, and area. Clean, essentials well stocked and Pet friendly which was a requirement! You can’t go wrong with Charles and Leesa if you ever in area and need a place to stay for few days. Great farm setting if that is a wish while traveling. "Veronica has gone out of her way to make this very cute studio feel so cozy! It is tight quarters, but comfortable and perfect for a short stay. The peaceful outdoor surroundings right by the river absolutely add to the experience. We love exploring towns like Conway, and we appreciated immensely how accommodating she was with our senior dog."

"The property was amazingly clean, with lots of space to hang out in. The master bed was really comfy. The only thing I would change would be adding a door to the master bedroom bathroom. I don’t like that it was wide open to the bedroom!"

"Very clean and the property was beautifully maintained. I spoke to the host a month in advance to inform of our arrival early and he agreed. Given my party of 4 would arrive at 3am in the morning with 2 of my group were in wheelchairs and elderly.. This property is definitely family friendly and with shops being at least 15 to 20 minutes away.Great place to rent and very spacious."

"The home is clean and comfortable; well appointed kitchen. Would give 5 stars but the address was incomplete (need the directional north, south, east or west!). Calls went to a voice mail, no response for lengthy period. Owner was polite when finally contacting us and also helped direct how to turn on the hot water heater. The location is convenient to local golf course."

"The establishment itself was very southern style which I liked and most importantly very convenient to my family location overall it was worth the money this place is definitely on my list of returning especially if they upgrade just a little bit in the rooms as far as appliances but it still was worth it."
