"We stayed in room 106. The bathroom sink was very slow to drain, the toilet was sort of unstable/shaky, there's a small piece of metal sticking out of the wood in the door frame near the toilet that someone could get hurt on, there's not enough parking spaces (had to park in neighboring lot), and the walls must be very thin because you can hear everything from other rooms and the hallway including housekeeping starting around 8 am. Not a very pleasant place to stay. "

"The room was very nice. Very clean. Very modern. And I like the colors of the building. The only issue, and this is the case at many motels, is that the wall heater is very loud when it goes on and off. Actually, thinking about it, if it had a continuous fan option, that would help. I should have checked. Many motels lack the continuous fan option. Any, this is not a big deal. Importantly, very nice, modern, clean room. And it was quite with respect to noise from people. Nice place!"

"Everything went smooth. It always does best hotel in central city. I will never stay anywhere else. They care about you here and want your stay to be a good as possible. They always have to give us extra pillows because of the tiny pillows but they always step up. Whatever we need they are always so courteous. Best hotel award BW"
