The room was very clean, but the shower head is broken and it sprayed water everywhere. I had to wrap a bath cloth around it.

Had to check in at a night window which was ok, kinda sketch. Rooms are basic. The free breakfast consists of cold cereal, oatmilk, and packaged honey buns. The milk was in a gallon for the whole place to share. In order to get more dingy towels you have to first turn your dirties in. Stayed one night and it was good enough for that. Not somewhere I’d want to stay again.

We enjoyed our 2 night stay. We were close to the Hospital to visit a friend. Room was clean carpet could use an upgrade but everything else was fine.

Our room was very clean. Free HBO was a great bonus. Wi-Fi worked well. We stayed here in December and chose this hotel again. Last time we had separate beds. Recent stay was a king bed, which was quite high. Good thing we are relatively tall. Would stay here again.

Yuck

The room was so gross. The towels and sheets were dirty!! There was stuff on the bathroom floor so you could tell they didn't sweep! I couldn't stay my second night i let them know that morning and they still charged me another night. I packed up was waiting for my ride and i kid you not. Not even 5 minutes late the room was "ready" again. You can not tell me they cleaned it!!!!

Room was filthy. Multiple electrical outlets had no power. Called front desk multiple times during the day to inform them, but no answer. Also tried ringing the bell at the window and no answer. During my stay the front office was never open. No access to speak to someone to help with my questions/concerns. I can’t rate the staff because I only dealt with one person the entire time, and that was through a tiny window during check-in.
