The wall outlet was hanging off the wall as well as the AC cover. The fridge was missing. The bathroom wall was stained under the sink so badly it looked like water damage."

"Had a good day requested a remote at night for tv as I had my kid with me and there was no remote in the room waited up on a remote for no one to ever show. Told staff in the morning at checkout that no one ever showed they offered me a free coffee might seem little but was kind of frustrating. "
