30 People Comfortably Gorgeous Home on Canal Boat Kayak access Two 85" & 75” TVs
- 30 people comfortably fit, A wonderful spacious home with two grand porches that overlook the canal with access to the Saint Johns river. Amazing kitchen perfect for cooking for large families! Park your boat and take it to the Stadium only 45 minutes away from Downtown Jacksonville by boat! 6 Bedrooms and a bedroom loft with two couches and a double bed bunk bed to accommodate everyone comfortably! There are two bedrooms with king size beds on the firstfloor. One of the bedrooms downstairs has an en-suitebathroom. The second en-suitebathroom is attached to the master bedroom upstairs. An ADDITIONAL LOFT with a king size bed and a queen bed and 85” tv with an insuite bathroom is available for $250 per stay.
