Beautiful property with fantastic hosts. The rooms are in immaculate condition and the property is in pristine condition. My family and I travelled to Mykonos in May of 2023. The hosts sit down and spend time with you and tell you how best to enjoy Mykonos. I cannot say enough good things about the husband and wife owners. Excellent people!

Amazing boutique hotel! The pool area is great and the rooms are immaculate. We had an apartment room which was perfect for a family of 4. The area is nice - a short walk to a great beach. The nearby bay of Ornos is superb too - there are some great eateries there and some offer a few pick up. The owners & staff are extremely helpful and can do no wrong! All in all this was an absolute highlight of our trip

Wonderful property, amazing family that owns and operates this property. They make you feel like you are visiting freinds, and are so warm and welcoming. what a way to remember our first time on this beautiful little island! marios and marina and their lovely team are truly the stars of this amazing accommodation. from the moment we arrived, we were given a lay of the land, so much precious information to help us make our time on the island as easy as possible. all the detailed recommendations for restaurants and the various beaches, so immaculately provided by marina, we were spoiled for choice! the island of mykonos is beautiful and the views nothing short of spectacular, but one of the best times we had was spent by the pool bar chatting with marios and farhad - especially with marios indulging us with a mean caprioska or two… or three! there are a variety of accommodations and areas one can choose to explore mykonos from, but we loved the quiet of lithos that was still convenient with restaurants and a lovely beach within walking distance. the room was spacious and super well kept with an amazing view of the sea, a lovely way to wake up every day! highly recommend this 5-star worthy accommodation run by a wonderful family that will make your experience on mykonos even more special and unforgettable! thank you marios and marina for making it even harder to leave the island - you know you’re doing something right when you make it hard for people to say goodbye!

Absolutely superb hotel. This should be 5* - beautiful property that is absolutely immaculate. Beautiful rooms, beautiful pool and intimate pool bar area. I stayed in a superior suite and the view over the bay was beautiful. Most of all the service sets this hotel apart. Marios and team are exceptional people. Really personable and go above and beyond to help, accommodate and make you feel welcome in their hotel. Could not do enough to help you make the most of your time there and take a genuine interest in everyone as a person, not simply a paying guest. Having stayed in some 5 star properties around the world, none have the service level you get at a personalised level you do here. The hotel is small but truly exceptional. Close to some great restaurants and beautiful quiet beaches. Would highly recommend you make this a go to hotel if you’re staying in Mykonos.

You couldn't find better hosts or a more beautiful property. Greeted with a rundown of the island which is super helpful, the beach is across the street, a bus stop to the town is in front of the hotel and there is a lovely restaurant and small market within walking distance. That being said, the owners and the very pleasant gentleman who served us breakfast daily are the best and truly want every guest to enjoy their stay. Thank you for a wonderful vacation!

Marios and team were amazing. Cleanliness and hospitality were above and beyond- we did many of the recommendations. The hotel is a walkable 10 minutes from Ornos but also conveniently located where a bus stop is to get to/from.

Highly recommend!! The first night we arrived at 2 am due to transportation delay. The hotel manager Marios stayed up so late to greet us and patiently gave us tips on how to spend our short stay in Mykonos to get the best out of it. We are very thankful to all his kindness and professional services. The hotel is right beside the bus stop and close to the beautiful beaches on the south side. The room is clean and relatively spacious. The hotel has a small and neat pool with great view facing the ocean. The staff are all friendly and we enjoyed our stay throughout.

There is very little more that can be said about how wonderful this place is that has not already been mentioned in other reviews. The hotel and rooms are modern, well furnished, spacious and spotlessly clean. The owners (Marios and Marina) and their team clearly take great pride in the hotel and in providing a first-class experience to their guests. Upon arrival Marina gave us a thorough overview of the island and the hotel, recommending beaches, eating places and things to do (and avoid). There is a lot to take-in, but she provided a map and notes. As Marios was born and grew up on Mykonos he knows many people and places and is full of recommendations and advice too so if you miss anything from Marina’s welcome overview he is delighted to help with recommendations, advice or arrangements during your stay. The wider team at Lithos were also fantastic – Farhad at the pool bar was always helpful, happy and friendly and kept iced water topped up beside our sunbeds all day. The team who service the rooms daily also do a great job and were always very polite and friendly. Everyone seems proud of what they do and genuinely seem to want guests to have the best time. I have travelled pretty extensively and there are five-star hotels in big cities around the world that could learn a thing or two about hospitality from Marios, Marina and their team.

This hotel was absolutely amazing. The hotel owners went above and beyond to make sure we had a comfortable stay. I have nothing but amazing things to say about the way we were treated by the owners of this beautiful hotel. Breakfast at the pool is an extra cost but I guarantee you the fresh breakfast is definitely worth it. The hotel is also right outside of a bus stop that brings you into the main town which made getting around much easier. I would definitely recommend this hotel to any one traveling to Mykonos.

The most important gift of Lithos are Marios and Marina, the owners. They are hospitable and knowledgeable and they go out of their way to give you a great time. You are made to feel like you are staying with friends and they make the experience great!

My friends and I loved everything about our stay at the Lithos Hotel. Spyros and Flora were such amazing host. They really went above and beyond to make sure we had everything we needed and were happy. The rooms were spacious. The breakfasts were large with a variety of items to choose from- Greek yogurt, bread, meat, cheese, fruit salad, fresh squeezed orange juice, etc. There were a few lunch options that were available; in case you wanted a snack. They had fresh sandwiches and tasty, fresh salad. It was nice that there was also a bar by the pool. The pool was refreshing and clean. The view was fantastic! Also, there is a bus stop into town conveniently located in front of the hotel. It was nice to be away from the action of Mykonos Town, but only a bus ride away. The beach that was located a short walk away (hilly, for those who have difficult time walking) was beautiful with chaise lounges available and 2 great restaurants. Not a crazy party beach, if that’s what you are looking for, which we were not.

I am a gold member but have yet to complete a review even though I have stayed in 100s of hotels over the years. However, I have to do a review of Lithos as a massive thanks to Marios and Marina for their tireless efforts during our stay. Marina for a great check in and explaining useful information about the area such as bus and ferry timetable, beach club and restaurant locations and other helpful tips. Marios was always by the pool bar and able to offer a great service nearly 24/7 and nothing was too hard, and he was always available to provide any recommendations. The hotel itself is also awesome - the rooms have a great view of the ocean, and the pool is nice. It is situated in Agi Ionnis which is a bit out of town, but given the bus stops right outside the hotel it really is great being away from Mykonos town. Overall we could not recommend this property enough.

Staying at Lithos was the best time for my husband & I. Our room was spacious, very clean, the view of the sea from our balcony was lovely, and the staff made our experience even better! We would definitely stay again.

The property was immaculate, the staff was over the top. Marios was so informative about where to go, what to do. Upon arrival, he sat with us for an extended period of time to go over all there was on the island. Very helpful information with transportation, beaches, restaurants, and what to expect to pay without being overcharged for amenities on the island. In all my traveling, my husband and I have never experienced such a helpful and caring staff. Top notch hotel. There is no restaurant there, but not a problem. Many restaurants close by with great menus. This hotel is on the bus line, the bus to the main town stops right outside the door. No need for taxi's once you get there.

My goodness, what a first introduction to Greece!  The owner Marios welcomed us to the hotel and promptly sat us down for a warm, hospitable, and illuminating 45-minute explanation about the island following our flight; where to go for great views, best restaurants and beaches, how to get around on the very-easy public bus system, and virtually everything else we needed as first-timers.  Marios is exceptional, a true host; he even drove us to his most-recommended restaurant on our first night, where we were promptly ushered to a waterside table that he arranged.  There we had extraordinary grilled octopus, the one dish that we were most looking forward to in Greece.  We can't recommend Lithos and the entire helpful staff more highly, or give it enough five stars! And oh, by the way, their included breakfast is over-the-top sumptuous and delicious!

I am a Marriott Platinum and while Marriott properties are consistently good, the Staff here make Lithos exceptional!! One of the best overall customer service experiences I have ever had. As someone who has traveled extensively, I dont need much help, but the entire team offered great suggestions and helped us make better plans to optimize our experiences. The view is amazing and the beach is just down the hill. The area is less tourist infested, so the evenings are pretty quiet except for the occasional car. If you are someone who needs a little help in planning your days or suggestions about which option is better, you will have one of the best stays of your life here.

Marios is a great host. He goes above and beyond to make you feel comfortable and welcome in his hotel. Property is clean and staff very courteous and helpful. My room had an awesome sea and pool view. Location is great, 5 minutes walk to beach and bus to town is right in front of hotel. Marios will gladly arrange transportation from airport or port to hotel. I will recommend this hotel to my family and friends.

The property was wonderful and Marios was an excellent host. He took us step by step through everything we needed to do on the island and exactly how we should do it. He even handled re-booking our ferry for us when there was an unexpected ferry strike. I can’t say enough good things about Marios and this property. Well worth it!!!

Amazing experience at this property. Marios is the best host and makes you feel comfortable the minute you arrive. The property is spotless, clean and beautiful. All the workers are extremely nice and great people. The bus stop to Mykonos downtown is literally right out front (1.80 euro). I honestly cannot day enough good things about Marios and his property. We look forward to visiting again someday!

Better than we expected. We were completely satisfied with the hotel. Good quality for an excellent price. Bus stop is right at the front of hotel, minutes walk to one of Mykonos beaches, beautiful views, clean, spacious, Marios and the other guys were very helpful and cordial. Marios helped us plan our days and gave us very good recommendations. In overall I recommend you to stay at Lithos by Spyros.

This family hotel is more than 100% satisfied us . Beautiful, clean , in quiet area , close to the beach , close to bus station with very nice and helpful staff . I felt they are part of our family . Defenetly we will be back in Mykonos and this this hotel . The owner was above and beyond our expectations and he help us on each step of our journeys.😇😇😇
