We really feel the need to reply to a critic made by a customer of Studios Kalergis. Since 1987 (year of starting our business) any critic was welcomed and appreciated as a mean to keep improving our services. Therefore we are welcoming any critic on the base of its truthfulness and fairness. • No breakfast: It is of high importance to clarify the difference between studios and hotels, something that people who travel a lot know as given. Briefly, the main difference is that studios offer their customers the ability to make their own breakfast and meals due to the fact that they are equipped with a kitchen. Hotels on the contrary, offer ready meals every morning on a specific timetable or room services. • One fitted sheet on the bed: This is called a runner and it is decorative. Above the runner there is a basket with the towels and below there is a folded sheet • Bathroom: Our bathrooms are exactly as shown in the photos of our website. Maybe a little old-fashioned, but very clean and not small . • the door shutters: In the Cyclades islands there are very strong winds. That is why shutters have a safety mechanism. It is easy for someone to see it, and if not , there is a reception where they can ask for help . We never received any complain from you regarding any damage. Therefore, we are wondering why you never came directly to us to address your problems but instead you decided to proceed to an on line complain while you were actually staying in our studio. • a pool: The sea is located just below the rooms, it is very clean and easy to swim. Why would anyone prefer to swim in chlorinated water? Furthermore we never said we provide a pool. • Overpriced: The renowned Guardian newspaper in its online edition by Joanne O’Connor, has made an attribute to Saint George Beach and especially to Studios Kalergis. In more details, he suggest that Saint George Beach, in his own words, is one of the 10 best beaches in Europe for families as well as one of the 50 best beaches in the world and also refers to Studios Kalergis as an accommodation of an average price regarding its rooms. • already paid so much and it was non refundable: According to our cancellation policy in 2021 we do not have non refundable reservations because we know that due to the covid19 our customers might not be able to travel… How did you already pay? Again we are wondering why you didn’t request a cancelation if you felt that unsatisfied. • roach wings on the floor my last night: It's so monstrous that I refuse to comment on it • Last but not least.
