This apartment is located on a very quiet street and central to all amenities Napanee has to offer. This listing is for the upstairs apartment in a duplex where there is a unit below that also hosts guests. If you have a big group and would like to book both units, please let me know.

NOTE!

Please keep in mind that Napanee is an old town where a lot of houses and buildings are over a century old and full of charm. That is the case for this duplex.
Note that there is an exterior security camera by the main entrance. No wearing shoes, heels in the apartment and no running in the apartment as it will disturb guests in the below apartment. No loud music/tv after 10 pm please. Please share the driveway with the other unit

The property owner is very responsive and caring. We like the spacious living and dining room and the nice barbecue on the deck ready to use. The negative points were the mattresses not very comfortable, and having one bathroom only for 8 people can be challenging. It was a nice stay overall

Everything was well stocked with supplies we needed, except the gas for the grill was empty. The bedding was fair, could have been a bit fresher and the pillows on the couch were smelly and needed fabreeze. Beds were very comfortable and we had a good nights sleep every night.

The property is quiet and peaceful. Inside, it’s spacious and very clean — it was spotless when I checked in. However, the mattresses are too soft, which made it difficult to sleep comfortably.

Host responds quickly. Location is great and clean. House is as stated an older home. Felt like staying at a cottage. A cozy stay. Mattress on double bed in spare room very soft, no support. No extra linens, would have been nice. No kitchen linens. Window air conditioners in two bedrooms kept the sleeping quarters nice and cool, but the portable air conditioner in main room struggled to cool down the room.The balcony was spacious and nice. Having the bbq was great!
