"Yo reservé conn10 días de anticipación el hotel y reservé una habitación con balcón, vista a la marina y cama king size y cuando llegué sin explicación y con mala forma me dijeron que mi habitación no estaba disponible y a fuerza tuve que coger otra con dos camas sin vista a ningún lado del mar y me frustre muchísimo. Nunca quise un cuarto con 2 camas y mucho menos con nada de lo que yo pagué. Literalmente ni usé las instalaciones, preferí pasar el día en la ciudad e ir solo a dormir porque muy linda la habitación y nueva , pero no fue lo que yo reservé para mi esposo por el día de los padres. Por lo demás 10 puntos para el muchacho del bar en la recepción al parecer no le gustaban mucho los latinos, es la verdad aunque yo hablo inglés . El hotel es muy bonito para tener ese personal … ah se me olvidaba no teníamos shampoo y si no pido que me hagan la habitación ni las tohallas cambian y cuando la hicieron no limpiaron ni el piso del baño … en fin necesitan poner orden la gerencia. El wifi malo y la programación de la TV solo canales locales y nada extra ."

"Great breakfast. Only complaint is that at 1:30 in the morning a group of people came attempted to come in the room. We called the front desk because why would someone else’s key open our door? Nothing really done except they said they would review the camera footage. Nice hotel about a mile from the historic district. Security issue definitely put a damper on the experience."

"We loved the location, 600 feet from the Fountain of Youth and many other historic sites. The owner and his son Micky were very friendly and attentive to their guests, we also enjoyed the included breakfast. We will definitely be back in the future and will recommend to anyone looking to stay in Historic Saint Augustine."
