"issues i had - they forgot to bring my bag up, i found it and was ready to change so i went and got it also i had a leak in the bathroom sink and they were coming to fix it when i called but i said i have 2 sinks its ok they can come in the morning when i am out of the room. "

The suites are spacious and comfortable, and the food and drinks were excellent with plenty of variety. What truly set this resort apart was the staff—the friendliest I’ve experienced anywhere in the world. Our butler, Fernando, went above and beyond with a warm, professional, and welcoming approach, even helping us book excursions off-property. I traveled with two teenagers who loved every minute. We felt completely safe, and there were always fun activities to enjoy. I would highly recommend the Majestic to anyone looking for an unforgettable vacation!"
