Rose Cottage | Winterton Cottages

Located in the centre of the village, Rose Cottage has recently been updated to provide a spacious two bedroom cottage perfect for holidays all year round. The front door leads straight into the kitchen, which has an electric cooker, hob, fridge/freezer, microwave and compact dishwasher. A table and chairs provide the perfect place for a relaxing breakfast. Or you can pop across the road to Poppy's for breakfast!

The spacious living room has comfortable seating, a woodburner, and a Smart TV. Stairs lead up from the living room to the landing. The main bedroom has a king size bed, and the second bedroom has a small double and a 3ft standard single bed. (Please note a blind has now been added in the second bedroom.) Upstairs you'll also find the bathroom which has a walk in shower, bath, washbasin and WC.

Outside the paved courtyard has flowerbeds down one side, and there is off road parking for one car. Rose Cottage shares a drive with the cottage next door, and the driveway gates can be closed so that the area is enclosed. Three dogs are welcome at Rose Cottage, and it's a perfect location for walking being only 2 minutes from the beach.
