Inside, the living room offers a warm and homely atmosphere, complete with a comfortable sofa, armchair, large TV and a woodburning stove - ideal for cosy evenings after long coastal walks or winter getaways on the Norfolk coast.

The well-equipped kitchen has everything needed for a relaxing self-catering holiday, including a built-in oven and electric hob, fridge, two small freezers, coffee machine, air fryer and washing machine, making longer stays easy and convenient.

Ocean Sunrise comfortably sleeps up to four guests across two thoughtfully furnished bedrooms - one featuring a king-size bed and the other a comfortable double bedroom. The modern bathroom includes a walk-in shower, basin and WC. All beds are made up with bed linen but towels are not provided.

Outside, guests can enjoy both the front and rear enclosed gardens, providing secure outdoor space for children and dogs to relax safely. Outdoor seating at both the front and back of the property allows you to enjoy the sunshine throughout the day while taking in the fresh sea air.

There is electric heating throughout, free wifi and two dogs are welcome free of charge. They may join you in all the living areas and on the sofas when using the throws provided.
