Fell homey in our cozy and bright newly built house with a small BBQ backyard. Our house is situated right in the heart of Great Yarmouth and it is just a 3 minute walk from the lovely Yarmouth pier and sandy beach. This house is perfect for those with families or for those who seek a place with a homey feeling. The perfect location allows you to explore Yarmouth with no transport needed and there is a sainsburys supermarket just a minutes walk down the road accommodated by a petrol station.

A private semi-detached house with 2 spacious bedrooms, a master bedroom with a king-size bed and a second bedroom which contains a zip link bed meaning it can be turned into a double bed if needed suitable for 2 adults or children. Modern and tasteful design ensures that guests will have a comfortable and welcoming stay. Stay connected with super fast Wi-Fi, a Sky TV. A small private and cozy backyard space for those that wish to have a BBQ or have a cup of coffee in the morning.

We will take care of your parking permit for one vehicle, so you can park around the area for free. If you arrive with more than one vehicle, please inform us in advance and we will be happy to suggest the most convenient parking options.

*If you selected an incorrect number of guests when making the reservation, please let us know straight away. Your pets are welcome, however there is an additional fee for extra deep cleaning.

Cosy, clean and modern

The property has been decorated beautifully throughout … very clean and perfect for our long weekend … short walk to shops, amenities and the beach …supermarket was 2mins walk away. The parking was right outside the front door which was a bonus! The area and housing surrounding was a little rundown but no problem as we explored other beaches and walks during our stay. All in all very happy.
