Wasn’t too bad, after reading the reviews on trust pilot I was a little worried but when I got there I was happy with the room and wasn’t anything like most of the reviews I’d read. Il will be staying again next week. Thanks
Room was good value for money locstion good.
But i was cooking so hot in room no windows to open.
Couldn't sleep.
Could put mirror and waste paper bin in bathroomsl
This is a budget hotel and I have reviewed it as such. At £23 a night it was perfect for my overnight pit stop. Room was dated but perfectly functional. Shower was a little small but plenty of hotwater and great pressure. Room was clean and bed comfy, I slept like a log. 2 towels provided and provisiions for 2 cups of coffee. Microwave and fridge. Unmanned reception but codes for entry were sent in good time and it was self explanatory. Probably wouldnt stay for a long holiday (unless on a very tight budget) but for what I paid it was perfect. Parking out front and I didnt have any issues getting a space.
I have been staying at hotels around the world but I have never experienced something so fascinating as the hotelier trying to make their patrons stay so comfortable. Gosh they added a microwave, fridge, heater etc. all for a dirt cheap price. Good on you. Thanks for a wonderful stay. Hope your endeavours are a great success and I am sure that you will get many patrons we will certainly be back. We have never stayed in a hotel like this before but we will be supporting you in future. Thanks
We stayed for the weekend in hotel, all went smoothly:) nice clean room, we slept like babies. If you get lucky you may park at the hotel, not a lot of spaces though but that’s not a big problem as car park is literally opposite hotel. Communication with hotel 5 , lady I was talking with she was brilliant. We left all nice and tidy as it was when we came. Not sure why people put bad reviews as don’t get me wrong what do you expect from hotel if it’s not 5*. We absolutely enjoyed being there. 20 minutes walk to town and , opposite hotel you can have walk to the beach. We recommend.
Please note I always use hotel.com and other booking agencies, and when I’ve booked I’ve never upon arrival had to pay £50 deposit even tho apparently in the small print however, should be made clear before hand, not only that the hotel has only just recently been opened, it was comfortable, but the maintenance of the property was terrible, my fridge wasn’t working and the to find out it had a bodge connection block poorly wired, makes me think, if any kids were staying it could of been dangerous for them and myself, spoke to someone that was staying at the hotel, and had been there for a couple of days, and said everyone that has gone to book in was totally surprised about the £50 deposit and most hadn’t accounted for that, no refund for cancellation, so your pretty stuck in a hole, so check the small print, can totally ruin your day,
My stay was pleasant. The setup of the hotel was put in such a way that we dont need assistance from the staff. I had to enter pin numbers for entrance door and my room door. So no worry of keeping the keys safe or losing them.
I liked this technique and the way it is being operated.
Everything else was in good shape as i got sea side view from the windows, the room was tidy, spacious and loved that fragrance they used in the room.
This hotel turned out to be a contractor hotel where working people stay while doing jobs in the area, I cannot complain because of the very low price for a room in the main holiday season and right on the sea front too.
The room was basic but clean and comfortable, had a fridge microwave and shower, bed was comfortable but bring extra pillows if you need more than one each.
You have to bring your own cups and tea coffee as it's not provided, I did check and it doesn't say these are provided so that was an error on my part.
Hotel is a bit maze like with it's corridors but once you find your room it's easy to navigate your way back.
It is a good place to be if you need to store and reheat some of your food (it has a microwave). However, you may be stuck using one bedsheet throughout your stay if you are staying for over 7 days
