The only issue is that our room was supposed to be with two beds. We arrived and there was a playpen in our room (weird) and it was a queen. We asked for two beds but they said they upgraded us to a room with a window so it was just one bed. They did eventually move the playpen. I wish we could have had no window and two beds. "The staff were fantastic both at the hotel and the diner. The room was great apart from technical issues with our television which staff tried to fix. But it kept breaking again , in the end we gave up as out of the 3 day stay here it worked for about 2 hrs on and off. We gave up and used a phone to watch the world cup! Not quite the same but staff did give us a complimentary breakfast on departure as an apology.
Parking facilities great, tea and coffee in reception. The toiletries in the room...

"We stayed in one of the older buildings which was great and had a unique feel to it. It did make controlling the temperature and ac a little trickier during the recent heatwave though. Bed was comfy and the bathroom was clean with a decent shower."

"Really impressed with this hotel
Shower room well maintained and cleaned spotlessly .
Staff so helpful. Breakfast was all you could as for.
One thing..Our booking was for 2 rooms which we booked at the same time.
When we got to the hotel one room was on the ground floor the other 2nd floor. Both rooms had an Interconnecting door to the room next to it.it would have been nice if they had put us together on the same floor.made no sence to split us up but that honestly is the only thing"
