"The room was a deluxe with alterations to support disabilities. It was large and very comfortable. The adaptions to the shower were adequate. One small change would assist, the toiletry holder in the shower was very small which meant using the floor. Because of my difficulties bending down in the shower was difficult. The manager was happy to assist with all my enquiries regarding the area and where to visit."

"The Villa itself was modern and had been renovated in the last few years, however it is not worth the extra money to “upgrade” to a villa. They are very small units which share walls with your neighbours, meaning you can hear all conversations all hours of the day. There is no privacy, as all unit entrances are next to one another, meaning your main living area is on display to anyone who walks past to get to their designated unit. The bed is super uncomfortable, and the lack of airflow in the bedrooms is really annoying, there is no aircon, only a fan provided which was like a jet plane taking off. The perks of Pelicans is the location, 2 minutes from the beach and 3 minutes to some of the best look out points in Albany, however any shops/restaurants are a further drive back into town (10/15minutes). We enjoyed our stay due to the town and location, but I wouldn’t stay at pelicans again, the price point is astronomical compared to what you are receiving. I can’t talk for the apartments, but the villas are not worth it."

"Motel room with parking at your door. Easy walking distance to lots of cafe. The port across the walk bridge. Close to the main street of Albany. Cafes ,Pubs shopping. Small kitchen with microwave kettle toaster. Bed very comfortable."

Breakfast was ok - only pancakes and sugar syrup- the pancakes was delicious - could have been better if there was butter and maple syrup to go with the pancakes. 2 the mattress in room 21 where we stayed was too soft and saggy and sagged towards the middle- time for a new firmer mattress for all the other rooms as well? 3. There was very limited parking in the hostel grounds- had to park on the kerbside outside on the road- any chance of getting more carparking for your clients? 4. A few good pair of scissors for the kitchen and for our use please, and fry pans which are blackened and with handles swivelling/loose should be replaced with new ones?"

"Everything was outstanding. The Smell of all the timber was amazing. Loved the Cordial Bar and Restaurant had lots to choose from at reasonable prices. Only thing i did notice was shower tilescan get very slippery so be careful. Otherwise outstanding."

"The staff were great the room was very neat and was pleased that they serviced the room everyday. Would highly recommend and go again. Food in restaurant was excellent "
