Very convenient location to subway line. Clean and daily refresh done well. Helpful staff when required extra electric outlets, iron and linen. Heating/AC issues were solved when brought to maintenance's attention. Would stay there again when in London.

I had a day meeting down Norham Gardens and Summerton is walkable. This is a hotel that is high spec in many ways but is cheap because there are no extras like breakfast. I like Gail's and there is one across the road for baked eggs then walk it off:) Since I just want a comfortable night's sleep ...
