"Fine, friendly, liked the inclusive treats (jelly beans, limoncello). Would have preferred a higher room than the basement. Curtains open means those in car park could see directly in, at least have some frosting. Otherwise good though!"

"Front desk staff were very friendly, but some of the bar/service staff not consistently so, which is a shame.
