It was an old time motor lodge located in the heart of the town. Great location. Fun vibe! Simple check in. Helpful staff.

So close to the beach. Good location in a tiny town! Room provided what we needed with kettle, toaster etc. View from the small porch was excellent. When we booked we had requested two beds. On arrival this wasn’t the case (falsely advertised on Expedia?). The staff were quick to arrange a fold out bed & went out of their way to accomodate us. We appreciated the effort made despite the error being part of the booking process & not their direct responsibility.

Nice view next to the roadside as the opposite is beach! Easy access and around the motel have plenty of restaurants. Good location and staff friendly

The website and images undersell this Hotel. We were pleasantly surprised as I had expected things at a lower standard. They were also very accommodating allowing us a slightly later checkout

What a lovely little place. We got a room which overlooked the sea which was fabulous. The whole place was impeccable clean and tidy and a great location for my 8 year old son to pop and play on the beach. Shop across the road had everything you could need and we ate at the hotel up the road (as recommended by the owner) and it was great. It was quiet in the evening and had comfortable beds. Would highly recommend and if we every come back would stay.

This property was basic but a great location. I couldn't get through as we were going to be late checking in so was a little stressed, however they left the key in the door for us with a sign at reception so all was good. We arrived late and all the restaurants kitchen close by 8, so make alternate arrangements if coming late as nothing will be open.

Lovely motel right in the middle of town. Easy walk to grocery store and restaurants, and short walk up the hill to the lookout and war memorial. Less than 15 minutes from all of the beautiful Great Ocean Road spots such as Twelve Apostles, Loch Ard Gorge, London Bridge and the Grotto. Everything was clean and the room was a good size. Easy check in/checkout and staff were very responsive to a small issue we had with the wate when we arrived.
