Hilton Niagara Falls/Fallsview Hotel & Suites

8/10 Good

"Excellent facility with easy access to most Falls activities. The room we had was a jacuzzi king with views of the Canadian and US falls. The views were amazing, the jacuzzi was a welcomed touch. The only issue we had was a somewhat loud air handling system. The staff were right on it and even gave us a credit for the inconvenience. My only complaint is the parking. I’m not sure when parking stopped being included in the price of your stay, but an extra $100 for parking, or a shuttle bus with all of your gear riding through town, is abysmal. I’m sure some executive somewhere is entrancing the shareholders with net-new profits, but the parking situation is a serious consideration for our return visits. Overall, wonderful facility, excellent staff, but parking needs work."

Congress Plaza Hotel

8/10 Good

"The tV needs to be upgraded to digital..reception is awful and the picture is fuzzy and the dialogue is out of sync with the images. More outlets are needed in the rooms. The hallway smelled of weed, when it's a non-smoking hotel, that's disturbing. Room was clean and had a very nice lake-view. Need to allow for late chek out when guests are in town for an event."

Holiday Inn Toronto Downtown Centre by IHG

8/10 Good

"Good location. Unfortunately the rooms and hallways all have carpet, and the room was extremely dry, I ended up with an increased dry and raw throat and on the third night I barely slept because of it. Might be a combination of the carpet and HVAC system. The day I arrived home all the symptoms were gone, so definitely not a cold or flu. Breakfast was good."

Oakes Hotel Overlooking the Falls

10/10 Excellent

"We spent 2 days in the hotel, weekend getaway. Overall the hotel was decent, for the price. Could use some updates, then the prices would go up. We stayed on the 13th floor overlooking the falls with jacuzzi. Loved it, the views were amazing. Could literally lay in bed and see the American falls. We definitely enjoyed our stay. The only thing was when we were checking out, the receptionist got confused about the 250 security deposit. I paid cash, and still had to wait for my bank to do the adjustment. Overall it was wonderful time, and I'll stay there again, same room."
