"Totally overpriced for what we got. Ridiculous $45 for parking. So many signs in the underground that we actually got lost. Didn’t do the $32 breakfast Towel bar and toilet paper roll were both falling off wall in the room Couldn’t turn on or off the heat/air. Controls didn’t work. Scratchy towels One cream for coffee in room. Never again for that price."

The staff could not do enough , they check see if you need or want anything excellent and gets it immediately vey friendly and respectful The hotel was very busy but the staff looked after the guest ver well This is my 4 time staying and always had an excellent stay ! "We stayed at the hotel to attend a concert at the OLG stage. This hotel was perfect we got there checked in early, had dinner toured some shops and attended the concert. We did not even need to leave the hotel. "

"we must have came on a bad weekend cause it seemed like everyone was in a bad mood but Gary! The hotel was overall nice shower had mutiple cracks on floor. Ac did work first so we had to switch rooms! Again overall an okay experience."

"The person assigned in the breakfast kitchen ( Jamaican man) is very rude. Instead of helping my friend with the burning bread he questioned her as if she’s very stupid! That is very humiliating for us customers. I hope this won’t happen again. "
