The stay itself was great. However we specifically chose this hotel for the pool and hot tub.. it was open for less than 48 hours of our week long stay and then it was closed for “ maintenance” however the morning after we called to see why it was closed a massive convention was set up over the top of the pool area.. I feel like this was something that we should have been told upon check in as we would have switched hotels if we had known.

Arrived at the hotel,got to the room and found that there was loud music playing from a reception echoing through the whole hotel. Was not advised of this when checking in. Didn't stop until around midnight. Wifi worked for the first few hours,then couldn't sign on . Front desk was less than helpful with fixing this.

The stay was fine. We needed a pet room and it smelled of animal urine. Also, the pictures posted on hotels.com are misleading. The outside pics are of an area much further away. Other than that, the stay was fine and Great Falls is a nice town.

The property is older and it shows even with decent maintenance. The staff was great friendly and helpful. But the beds were terrible sqeaky and could feel the springs. The hot tub was small as in think backyard hot tub small 3-4 person capacity anymore than that and you would be cuddling with strangers. Ironically this hotel cost $30 more than the one I stayed in the night before in Kalispell and that was a newly built beautiful facility. My advice though is skip greatfalls all together and keep driving to Helena Kalispell or wherever closer to your destination. All the properties in greatfalls seem to charge more money and the city just isn’t worth it

Nice hotel

Overall a nice experience. Hotel was clean and staff were very friendly and accommodating. Wasn't thrilled that my only window faced a hallway/vestibule so it felt a little confined. Also, no fan/air conditioning unit in room to control temperature and provide white noise to drown out noise from other guests, refrigerator, elevators nearby, etc. Had to sleep with earplugs, which I don't noally do. Enjoyed the nice pool courtyard experience.

Pool is in busy lobby view. Meal 'tickets' are worthless. They charge for coffee over the ticket price. Restaurant service very slow. Could not change room at check in because i bought room thru travelocity. There loss. Wanted to upgrade.

An older hotel with casino, but clean. Breakfast not included in the price. Security door "N" broken. Otherwise, this quiet location is a good reasonably-priced hotel.

Not great

The mattress was old and saggy you could feel the mattress pad underneath it was very uncomfortable. The shower is built for people under 5ft. Housekeeping was subpar just made the bed and piled the pillows on. Didn’t pick up or tidy anything. Hotel has no room service and no complimentary breakfast

We love this hotel, only thing I wish we could change about it is to have a breakfast included. The restaurant is great to have absolutely but it would fabulous to have a breakfast included this would be my one and only complaint. Aside from this it is great bang for your buck.

There was a lot of noise from the water lines every time someone near us used the toilet or had a shower. The toilets need to be upgraded to low flow. The room was relatively clean the bed was comfortable.

Great staff and room, room overlooled a dark dance floor. Guest from motel 6 use the pool so it is very crowded. Fountain and snack area by pool look like they havent been used in a long time. Seems like the management should think of a different us for the center of the building that is more welcoming to guests.
