"One person on staff for the whole motel. Room wasn’t ready at 11pm. She went into the dirty rooms and cleaned it in 10 minutes. Like how gross. Hotel smelt like weed and smoke. Room door was broken. Room was very gross. We couldn’t stay and felt so unsafe at this motel. DO NOT STAY HERE. It is awful and shouldn’t even be allowed to be open to the public. The lady on staff was knocking on guests doors checking on them. So creepy. And they wouldn’t even give us a refund."

"We always stay here whenever we have back to back appointments but last night was the worst kids running around the hallway till almost midnight. Occupants on top of our room seems to be partying till almost 1am talking so loud tapping on the table like they’re at home. "

"Stayed only one night, hotel was clean and quiet. Front desk staff were excellent, helpful, got us checked in early. Hot tub was clean and nice, disappointed it closed at 10pm but not unexpected. "

"as soon as we walked in the room. the lights was on and the bed was not made. seems like someone was napping before we checked in and floor doesnt look like it was vacuum. we asked the receptionist see if theres any room available however their fully booked so we asked to get refunded instead and checked in comfort in instead. Were very dissapointed. it would have been perfect its a walking distance to downtown."

"There was lukewarm water for showering, sink was slow to drain, no sound barriers at all, very noisy. Pool heater was broken. No amenities in the bathroom except one bar of soap."

"We had a great stay, front desk person was fantastic, pool and hot tub were good and the proximity to the airport. Skip the Denny's next door food was really bad. "

"Breakfast options were ok, nothing to get excited about. Clean eating area. Everything was well stocked. The $75 pet fee is higher compared to other hotels. "

"This is a small thing, but the bathroom door opens in an awkward direction. In the middle of the night you have to be careful not to run in to the door. Yes…I know from experience. "
