"Cute and functional. We were only two people but I think 6 could have stayed the night. It was cold during our stay but the numerous mini splits and electric fireplaces kept the rooms comfortable. There was a warning about sulfur smell from the well water but no issues with it and it was totally usable for drinking etc. Liked the two big TV's. Beds were deep memory foam which we were not used to but were fine unless you toss/turn a lot."
