"Excellent rooms and hotel. Brand new so everything is as good as it can be. If you are looking for a longer stay it is geared up with everything you need to cook and eat even with washing up bowl with sponges and washing up liquid. They have a large laundry room with plenty of washers and dryers even a laundry basket in the room. Very geared to longer stays. It states that breakfast was included but the only offerings were sweet muffins and apples and bananas neither of which I eat. Don’t think it would hurt to have some bagels or bread to toast with cream cheese and jams or little cheese portions and boiled eggs. It wasn’t particularly cheap so a little more offerings should be included. I know you can buy fridge sandwiches but the price was enough without spending more. Didn’t like to awful smell of pot in the hallways. Don’t think it should be allowed even though it’s legal in Va. It wasn’t particularly cheap but a great facility and we would stay again."

"The facilities were very clean and felt modern. If you have back issues, the bed was firm, but not too firm. I personally have a hard time with a very fluffy mattress, but this one was good. Restaurant was open for a decent amount of time. Breakfast was good and open for a reasonable amount of time. Overall pleasant day."

"We had 20 people for this year’s trip and the house was more than adequate for all of us. The wild horses came to visit almost every day! Great spot and will be booking again."

"Other than a couple of minor housekeeping issues this property was outstanding. We were a group of ten adults and eight kids aged 2-13 and there was plenty of room for everyone. Massive, VERY well equipped kitchen made meal time a bit less stressful. Indoor pool was a huge plus as was the oceanfront location. All in all, everyone had an excellent week. Thank you!"
