"I didn’t realize when I booked the hotel that there were no pet free rooms. I don’t have an issue with animals, but when you wake up covered in pet hair (cat presumably), you might take offense. I left a review with the property as well as my number for a call back, but I have not heard from them. Also, the bath gel had not been replenished before my stay, and judging from the state of my clothes - the sheets had not been changed prior to my arrival. I think the concept of having a pet friendly hotel is great, but there should be a few rooms for those who don’t have any pets traveling with them. I inquired about that while checking out and was told that they couldn’t track which rooms had previously had pets, so there were no pet free rooms. Even though the hotel itself looked very nice, I won’t be returning."

"The rooms and bathrooms were dirty, there was a constant horrible scent coming from the bathrooms even when they werent in used. The information about the amenities was not appropriately given. (we had no assess to the pool and there was no information given that the pool was closed ) The customer services was terrible, the wifi kept going down. It was an overall horrible experience being at this property and I will never ever stay there again even if I am paid to do so."

"1. The valet parking fills up very fast. You have nowhere to park while checking in or out 2. One of the elevators was broken. 3. My toilet was not secured to the floor. 4. There was no house keeping for my room. I left @ 10AM and returned at 4PM. 5. Checkout was stalled by one person. The manager finally came out to take my key."

"The staff was great. The hotel is used mainly as long term housing for low income people. You get what you pay for here. Everyone was nice and there wasn’t any trouble. It was quite at night which was good. If you need a place for one night without any options you can stay. But more than that I would not book"
