"Our room was a deluxe garden view room. It was immaculately clean, well equipped and very comfortable. Better than a lot of similarly ranked London hotels, with an amazing view over Kensington Gardens."

"Wonderful three night stay. Great location, smooth check in process. Luggage storage allowed per request. I was able check in early as long as a room was available for a slight fee but it was well worth it. Breakfast was great, clean room, comfortable bed."
