Good hotel to stay at, there is not much in the town of Ely, so you are limited for choice. Overall the hotel is a bit outdated and could do with a refresh, however it was still in good condition and was clean so no complaints.

Great night stay! At check-in we were given the choice of which floor we’d like to stay on. The room was spacious and well set out and the bed super comfy. Breakfast was delicious with lots of choice. Would highly recommend the Hyatt house for an overnight stay.

Overall a great stay. The bed was really comfortable, with soft blankets. The shower had good pressure and continuous hot water. The shower amenities were very good. They let us check in about an hour early which was greatly appreciated. Very close to the interstate so easy to get around quickly. Highly recommend staying here.

Excellent option for any families looking for excellent value for money.
Not particularly fancy, but the lodge was very comfortable, we loved the lounge area and the spa, pool and sauna.
Beds were soooo comfortable.
Staff were so helpful.
Location was perfect for us.

The hotel is very convenient, just off of I15, it is clean and tidy. Check in was quick and easy, and our room spacious and clean. Having The Crazy Cow Cafe across the parking lot is convenient too for dinner and breakfast as the food was very good, and good value for money. I’d definitely stay again if I was passing through.
