"Room was clean. Staff was very nice. Hot tub and pool were amazing to relax in and the guest locker room with showers to clean off after was very nice. The gift shop had a lot of cute old style toys and games. The fire alarm did go off for about 4 seconds then stopped and we weren’t able to get through to the front desk to find out about the evacuation plan or not so we took a walk to a nearby store and when we got back there were still no fire trucks or ambulances so we just assumed it was ok. But overall the stay was great. "

"It was fine. The only thing i would suggest is to have lower beds too. Seniors often have problems getting into the higher beds. I have a small step stool so i can get into my bed at home. Much easier . Thx. "

"We stayed a Bally’s for one night. We had a great check in, everyone was very friendly and helpful. Our room was great, the bed was comfy and we had a beautiful view out our window!! We went to the hockey game next door and it was so nice to just be able to walk over and back! Thank you Bally’s for a wonderful stay!"

"Hotel was clean accept some minor dust in the room. Tub had minor drainage issues where water stayed in tub during shower. Overall, beautiful hotel, clean room with professional and friendly staff! Very family and business friendly hotel "
