You'll have the entire apartment to yourself and will only share it with other guests in your party.

The apartment is located in the heart of Graz, in a cross street of Herrengasse. It is 2 minutes from Jakominiplatz, 5 minutes from the main square. Two blocks away is a "Spar" supermarket, open every day until 9pm every day. Cafés, restaurants, doctor, pharmacy, etc. are also nearby. Graz University can be reached on foot in 7 minutes. Our guests are university professors, visitors of congresses, artists (Graz Opera, Palazzo), AVL, Magna foreign employees.
The apartment consists of two separate bedrooms, a kitchen, bathroom with shower and toilet.
All our apartments have a fully equipped kitchen. In the house there is a room with washer and dryer with free access for our guests.
Sheets, sheets and towels can be brought or rented. Blankets and pillows are available free of charge.

Excellent location, fair price
Large, bright rooms, but noisy floors,with some nails sticking out. No vacuum cleaner, no broom. Other than that a good place with supermarket two houses away.
