"The cabin was clean and had toilet rolls and shower gel etc it was the check in that was a nightmare we arrived on the dot at 3pm we were going to a surprise party at 4pm We didn’t get hold of the host until 5pm so we missed the start of the party we’ve had no apology for late check in at all"

"Amazing view, great location to get around the city, comfortable with what you need in the room including towels, shower gel, coffee and tea. Tired furnishings but signs up saying they were changing that so maybe not all rooms. Barely any contact with any staff. Bags can be left on day of and after stay. Very handy. Breakfast was good and as someone who is gluten and dairy free I had a lot of options- cooked including sausages, yogurt, milks, muffin and toasted roll."
