- Detached villa of 100 M² on land of 900 M² with 3 bedrooms for 7 beds, two bathrooms, a separate toilet, a fully equipped American kitchen, a very bright dining room with a lounge area. The living space with its two bay windows opens onto the patio with indoor, heated swimming pool, 5-seater jacuzzi, barbecue and wooden terrace of 250 M² not overlooked.
This charming villa is located in a quiet location.
The 4x6 M swimming pool, 1.50M deep, is covered and heated, which is very useful in case of rain or wind. You can pull the shelter completely to the rear of the pool in 10 seconds!!
In addition, it is the best child safety device.
The 4 bicycles which are available to you free of charge will allow you to go to the supermarket 1km away and to the beach via a quiet 1km road and then via the magnificent cycle path which runs alongside the golf course. Restaurants await you at the beach or you can leave your bikes in complete peace of mind in the free parking lot.
In fact, everything is planned for you to have a wonderful vacation!!
