"This is a unique property, but it isn’t for everyone. The location is central to many sites and restaurants, but the neighborhood is just okay. It is very noisy, especially at night. The bedroom of the apartment is a loft and the stairs are a cross between stairs and a ladder. Could be difficult for some people. Overall, we enjoyed our stay."

"Maurizio’s apartment was spacious and well provisioned. We arrived to find water, coffee, and milk, chocolates, and nuts. There were also basic cooking provisions like oil if one wanted to cook. The check-in process was very easy. Maurizio greeted us at the apartment, showed us around and handed over the keys. He was very warm, friendly, helpful and eager to make our stay enjoyable. The apartment is located about a 20 minute walk from the Duomo. We chose a neighborhood location like this and...

"The house is near the airport, about 15min walking distance: the side walk is not good but manageable. We arrived in the morning and can not check in, if the host can provide luggage drop off service like a hotel, I will give them a 5star rating. Other than that, the house is beautiful."

"My first thought walking in was “too bad it is only for 1 night”. I loved the place and wished we could’ve stayed longer. I was here with 3 cousins and we were leaving out of Catania Airport the next morning. If I am ever back in this area I will be checking to see if this place is available. The town it is located in was so cute, we got takeout from a wonderful place where the food tastes like it came from my Sicilian grandmother!"
