"Good location, tower hill, tube station nearby. Tower Bridge, Tower of London. Room spacious for 4 adults, but bathroom a little tired and didn’t like shower over bath, big step in-out. You need to be able bodied to do this safely. Staff at concierge very helpful and friendly. Staff at check in okay. Arrived for check in @ 3.30 (starts @ 3) / room not ready! Waited another 1/2 hr. Did offer 2 drink at the bar for inconvenience. Not as nice as same hotel chain nearby in Prescott street."
