Graves Wine Region Apart Hotels

"Grande surprise en arrivant …. Nous découvrons qu’il s’agit d’une résidence pour senior ! On pense forcément à une caméra cachée … mais non. On ne nous l’avait jamais faites celle-là. Pas de clim dans les chambres. 27 degrés à 23h, ils doivent bien dormir les pauvres …. Même pas un ventilateur proposé …. Je comprends que les chambres soient vides. Et surtout je comprends pourquoi les chambres ne sont pas remboursables … Bref publicité mensongère, pas conforme à la réalité. Même si...

"Pour le prix, nous nous attendions à mieux. Vaisselle sale, peu de produit d’hygiène, pas de torchons, peu de vaisselle, pas de meuble pour ranger les vêtements, pas de sacs poubelle…. La salle de sport est vraiment minuscule. Je ne recommande pas vraiment "

"The room that we were given was covered in mosquitoes in bed linen etc when asked for room to be cleaned or moved we were told they were unable to due to being fully booked I would not recommend this hotel to anyone customer services was absolutely disgusting "
