Estadia preocupante

Estadia abaixo da média , atendimento precário, na recepção não encontraram minha reserva, tive problema com ar condicionado, que não foi resolvido no dia e estava muito calor, somente no dia seguinte trocaram o quarto. A limpeza dos quartos também estava bem reduzida, baratas em todos lugares. Precisa de uma desinsetizacao. Muita chuva, muitas pessoas de excursao, ambiente fechado pequeno , para o número de gente.

O hotel é apresento de tres estrelas e nao condiz com a realidade. É antigo e sem actualização e, agravado, por falta de manutenção. Refeicoes fracas, agravadas pela dificuldade de atender muitos cliente (estava cheio). Piscina muito pequena e antiga, sem reforma. Piscina coberta só para constar no catalogo. Caberia bem no maximo 2 estrelas.

Viagem aconchegante

O que mais foi incrível foi a Janta café e almoço Quartos limpos e cheirosos. Cama confortável. Chuveiro estava com problema pois o que sai água gelada saia pouca água, deixando extremamente quente e assim não fazer papel de ducha. Estava os buracos da ducha meio entupidos. Recreadora Andreia extremamente atenciosa preocupada com o bem estar nosso. Ela deveria ser promovida a gerente. Cabeça aberta e tem o coração no hotel. Toda recepção deve ser trocada. Não tem simpatia e nem recepção adevida com os hóspedes que chegam. No mais tudo perfeito

Gostamos muito da equipe de recreação, especialmente o musico André, que alegrou bastante a nossa estadia, tanto no baile a noite, como pela manha na beira da piscina. Aliás a caipirinha e a linguicinha na beira da piscina tambem foram um diferencial. Voltaremos assim que pudermos.

O hotel está velho e sem manutenção. Nosso quarto não tinha o ar condicionado funcionando. Instalações antigas e necessitando de uma boa reforma.

Se quiser silêncio e descansar, não aconselho.

Os atendente são muito simpáticos, prestativos. O quarto grande, camas e travesseiros muito bons. Fiquei no último andar, tinha acesso a uma sacada. O hotel recebe muitas excursões, o barulho começa antes das 7h e a meia noite continuam conversando alto, risadas altas nos corredores, nas escadas. Se pensa em tirar uns dias para descansar, esquece!!! Comida mais ou menos. Café da manhã ruim, bolos ruins. Jantar bastantão, talheres molhados, nas mesas não tem toalha nem um jogo americano. Não almocei, fui embora antes. Reservei do dia 15 ao dia 18/11/23, não aguentei, fiquei só a primeira noite, solicitei cancelamento das outras diárias. Troquei de hotel!

Já estivemos hospedados lá em outra ocasião, por isso voltamos, pois já era conhecido e foi bastante agradável da primeira vez. O atendimento dessa vez foi lamentável. Nenhum bom dia com sorriso, os funcionários pareciam todos de mau humor e pouco solicitos, exceto a menina da recreação, um amor.
